CSafe Global Adds Dong Woo Lee to Life Science Sales Team in South Korea

CSafe Global has been expanding its Life Science sales team in Asia most recently adding Dong Woo Lee as Director of Life Science Sales based in Seoul.

CSafe Global, the innovation leader in temperature-controlled container solutions for the transport of life-enhancing pharmaceuticals, announced today that Dong Woo Lee has officially joined the company as Director of Life Science Sales – South Korea.

CSafe has been building its Life Science sales team worldwide for the past 18 months and Mr. Lee is the newest member of the South Korea team. “Dong Woo brings an extensive background in the life sciences and chemical industries making him an ideal advisor and partner for CSafe customers,” said Scott Garchar, CSafe Global senior director of life sciences – Asia.

After earning degrees in both agricultural biology and chemistry from Seoul National University, Lee began his career as brand manager with Sigma-Aldrich. During his 17-year tenure he held several roles in operations and sales and marketing. Lee joined Honeywell in 2016 where he built an APAC sales organization and a preferred distributor program.

“Our goal as an organization is to ensure that the biopharmaceuticals transported in CSafe containers remain at the proper temperature throughout the shipment and are delivered to patients at maximum efficacy,” remarked Seth Hertel, CSafe chief commercial officer. “To achieve that goal, we hire only highly experienced individuals with a deep respect for and understanding of the products, customers and partnerships involved in every shipment. Dong Woo has all of these attributes and will be an exceptional addition to our South Korea team.”
