Convoy Platform named certified Digital Freight Matching partner with McLeod Software

Nov 06, 2025

DAT Freight & Analytics announced that the Convoy Platform is now a certified Digital Freight Matching (DFM) partner with McLeod Software, a leading provider of transportation management software (TMS) for freight brokerages across North America.

The partnership enables McLeod PowerBroker users to post loads directly to the Convoy Platform, which automates the shipment lifecycle from bid negotiation and carrier matching to safety and compliance verification, real-time tracking, digital paperwork, and payment processing. Load status, pricing, and documents (including PODs and invoices) sync automatically back into McLeod.

Automation enables brokerages to improve efficiency and service while maintaining full control as the broker of record for all shipments. Brokers also benefit from the Convoy Platform’s fraud-protection technology, which continuously verifies carrier identity, authority, and safety data and flags suspicious activity before a match is made.

“This partnership brings the benefits of automated procurement, booking, and load execution to one of the industry’s most trusted transportation management systems,” said Bill Driegert, EVP of Convoy Platform at DAT. “For McLeod users, the payoff is a more efficient workflow and a pipeline to trusted carriers who love the ease of use of the Convoy Platform.”

“We’re excited to welcome the Convoy Platform as a certified partner,” said Ahmed Ebrahim, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Integrations at McLeod Software. “It gives our users a competitive edge with access to a robust, automated capacity engine that drives operational excellence and scale.”

Integration requires minimal setup, and pricing is based on a pay-per-delivered-load model. Brokers interested in learning more can visit convoy.com/broker-sign-up or contact their McLeod representative.

DAT and McLeod have a long history of integration. The Convoy Platform joins the DAT One load board and Trucker Tools visibility platform as certified McLeod partners.
