CMA CGM scanning fee in Congo

CMA CGM has announced that for cargo bound for Congo, in accordance with Decree 7666 of April 2021, CMA CGM Shipping Lines will collect the Scanning fee from its customers as follows:

Effective October 5th, 2022:

  • Port: Pointe Noire, Congo & final destinations on the Congolese territory
  • Perimeter: Import
  • Cargo: all cargo
  • Amounts: EUR 160/20' | EUR 210/40' & HC
  • Payment: Invoiced to the freight payer at the place of payment and subject to a separate invoice item "Customs Inspection at Origin/Destination"
