CIRCLE Group announces the opening of a new operational branch in Romania through its subsidiary eXyond, strengthening the Group’s presence in Eastern Europe and further expanding its international footprint.
The initiative is part of the Group’s international expansion strategy, one of the pillars of the Connect 4 Agile Growth industrial plan and aims to support transport and logistics operators active in the Romanian market by providing advanced digital solutions for fleet management, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Through this new operational presence and the local partnerships it has established, eXyond will bring its innovative KMaster and MILOS® products to the Romanian market, an advanced cloud-based fleet management platform designed to support companies in the digitalization and optimization of their daily operations. The solution enables real-time vehicle monitoring, activity analysis, mission management and integration with corporate systems.
The solution is based on a digital architecture combining a web portal, mobile applications and onboard devices, allowing transport companies to gain full visibility over operations and optimize fleet utilization, while improving safety, sustainability and performance, also thanks to partnerships with technology providers such as Telepass.
A key element of the initiative is the support and interoperability with the RO e-Transport system, the Romanian government platform for monitoring the transport of goods, introduced to ensure greater transparency and fiscal control. The regulatory framework has recently been strengthened through the introduction of significant penalties for
non-compliant operators, as highlighted by recent enforcement cases involving companies in the sector during 2026 first months.
Through the KMaster RO e-Transport service, eXyond enables the automatic collection of vehicle location data within the Romanian territory and its direct transmission to the government portal, eliminating the need for manual activities by drivers and significantly simplifying compliance requirements for companies.
The system uses onboard devices to continuously and automatically record and transmit geolocation data, ensuring compliance with local regulations and reducing the risk of errors and penalties. Non-compliance with the RO e-Transport system may in fact have significant impacts not only on local operators, but also on international companies carrying out transport activities to and from Romania, with both financial and operational consequences.
At the same time, the solution allows real-time monitoring of operations and the prompt management of anomalies through dedicated alerts and notifications. Integration with the KMaster portal and with applications for drivers and fleet managers also enables centralized management of information flows and contributes to an overall improvement in operational efficiency. The system already includes services for the management of digital transport documentation, including e-CMR functionalities compliant with the technical requirements established by the Geneva Convention, supporting the progressive dematerialization and digital transformation of transport processes across Europe.
“This initiative represents an important step in the Group’s international growth path,” said Luca Abatello, Chairman and CEO of Circle Group. “Romania represents a strategic market for the evolution of European logistics and transport. Through eXyond and our KMaster platform, we aim to support operators with innovative digital solutions capable of addressing increasingly complex regulatory and operational challenges, while improving efficiency, visibility and sustainability across the supply chain.”
The initiative confirms Circle Group’s role as an enabler of digital transformation in logistics at European level, with an integrated offering that combines technological expertise, proprietary platforms and strategic partnerships, in line with the growth and innovation objectives outlined in the Connect 4 Agile Growth plan.
