CenterPoint appoints Nolen to Senior VP, Investments

CenterPoint Properties is pleased to announce it has appointed Rives Nolen to Senior Vice President, Investments. Rives is based in CenterPoint’s Houston office and leads its Central Region acquisitions and dispositions.

“Rives has a solid understanding of the inner workings of industrial investors like CenterPoint. His substantial transactional background and strong Houston market knowledge will be invaluable to us as we continue our momentum there,” said Jim Clewlow, Chief Investment Officer at CenterPoint.

Before coming to CenterPoint, Rives spent nearly two decades at InSite Realty Partners. He most recently was InSite’s Senior Vice President, Development & Leasing, focusing on industrial development, build-to-suit developments, and leasing. He is a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee.
