Experts from across the U.S. To continue advancing freight interests

The Coalition for America’s Gateways and Trade Corridors (CAGTC) membership elected one officer and re-elected six directors to its Board as the group gathered for its annual meeting. Dr. Noel Hacegaba, Deputy Executive Director of the Port of Long Beach, was elected to serve a three-year term as CAGTC Treasurer.

Re-elected to the Board for a three-year term are:

  • Kerry Cartwright, Director of Goods Movement, Port of Los Angeles
  • Pierce Homer, Transportation Director and Senior Vice President, Moffatt & Nichol
  • Robert Ledoux, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Florida East Coast Railway
  • Ryan McFarland, Director of Government Affairs, The Northwest Seaport Alliance
  • Dan Pallme, Assistant Chief of Freight and Logistics, Tennessee Department of Transportation
  • Doug Pryor, President and CEO, Will County Center for Economic Development

“I am pleased to congratulate our re-elected Board members and our new Treasurer,” said Paul Anderson, CAGTC Chairman and Port Tampa Bay President and CEO. “Our Board members and officers provide diverse, valuable expertise to guide the organization in its mission to promote a seamless goods movement system across all modes. I look forward to continued work with the CAGTC Board and membership advocating for federal investment and policies that strengthen our nation’s supply chain infrastructure.”

The Board, which consists of 20 members representing the Coalition’s geographic and organizational diversity, is tasked with the development of CAGTC policy and is frequently called upon to offer guidance and perspective from their own organizations.

“I am honored to serve the CAGTC Board in the capacity of Treasurer and to continue the legacy and important thought leadership demonstrated by my Port of Long Beach predecessor Rick Cameron,” said Dr. Noel Hacegaba, CAGTC Treasurer and Deputy Executive Director of the Port of Long Beach. “CAGTC’s hands-on advocacy on behalf of the goods movement industry is integral to advancing critical investments in freight infrastructure.”
