Brian Ejsing assumes the role of Road CEO in addition to his current position as Group Chief Operating Officer. He replaces Helmut Schweighofer who will leave the company.

To further strengthen the execution of the strategy in the Road division, Brian Ejsing has been appointed as the new Division CEO with immediate effect.

Jens H. Lund, Group CEO:

"I am glad that Brian Ejsing has accepted to expand his portfolio as our new Road CEO. I am confident in his ability to accelerate the strategy given his experience and proven track record of delivering results in key roles across the company."

"At the same time, I would like to thank Helmut Schweighofer for his efforts since joining the company after the closing of the Schenker acquisition. He has played an important role in the integration and has built a strong foundation, team and strategic direction, and I wish him all the best."

The strategy for Road remains the same for 2030 as outlined on DSV's recent Capital Markets Days, the baton is now being handed over from Helmut Schweighofer:

"I have valued my time with DSV and the opportunity to contribute to the first phase of the DSV and Schenker integration together with the Road team. I am proud of the efforts we have made as a team, and I would like to thank every colleague I have met along the way."

Since joining DSV in 1986, Brian Ejsing has held several positions in the company, including 22 years in the Road Division and as CEO of Contract Logistics.

He was named Group COO in 2024 and will continue in this position alongside his new role.

Brian Ejsing, Group COO and CEO DSV Road:

"I am excited to return to my Road roots in DSV and look forward to getting to work. While the integration is on track and the strategy remains the same, we need to strengthen the commercial execution, increase efficiency and consolidate our network."

"The market conditions are tough, but we have a unique position to build on our platform as the leading player on the European road market and expand our footprint and growth in other regions."
