Braid Projects from Houston becomes Xios Global

Aug 16, 2021

Braid Projects (USA) LLC., member to Priority Cargo Network in Houston, USA, announced Mr. Gus Chalos acquired full ownership of Braid Projects (USA), LLC. With this acquisition, the company name will change to Xios Global.

Mr. Chalos stated: “While the name will change from Braid Projects USA to Xios Global, the unparalleled level of service and the commitment that our customers have come to expect from our team over the years will not.  This move will afford us the opportunity to entirely focus on our core competencies for project cargo logistics, project management and administration, and supply chain logistics.”

Xios Global will continue to provide general forwarding, customs formalities, packing, warehousing and distribution services, along with cargo movement via all modes of transport.  The transition will be seamless and without interruption to customers and partners.

Xios Global’s address has changed, but we will remain headquartered in Houston, Texas. Mr. Chalos will continue both his operational and commercial direction of the company as President.
