Oct 05, 2023

Bay & Bay Transportation has been named “Carrier of the Year” by Shaw Floors, the largest flooring manufacturer in the United States. Each year, Shaw recognizes one fleet that goes above and beyond to deliver its flooring products safely and efficiently while maximizing Shaw’s capacity to meet customer needs. Shaw works with more than 75 carriers across the United States and generates over $7 billion in annual revenue.

Bay & Bay earned Carrier of the Year recognition by offering best-in-class customer service and a nearly perfect track record for on-time delivery.

“We’re proud to be Shaw’s Carrier of the Year,” said Jesse Kauffmann, Senior Sales Executive for Bay & Bay. “We couldn’t have done it without our professional drivers and our elite team of customer service professionals. They deserve credit for the outstanding 99% on-time delivery rates we are achieving for Shaw.”

Bay & Bay hauls inbound shipments for Shaw including the raw materials needed to manufacture products such as carpet, hardwood flooring, and laminate flooring.

“We are committed to all our customers and we show our dedication by offering competitive rates and excellent service,” added Bay & Bay President & CEO Sam Anderson. “It’s an honor to be recognized with this prestigious award.”
