Avianca expands its direct connectivity offer between the US and Colombia

  • The airline announced the beginning of operations for two new routes and the reactivation of the Miami-Cartagena route. This means more than ten thousand seats per month available that customers can access by buying their tickets on Avianca.com, mobile app, travel agencies, and physical points of sale.
  • In 2021, Avianca announced its plans to open 50 point-to-point routes in 3 years. Currently, the airline operates routes from 10 of the major cities in the United States.
  • Avianca offers one of the largest networks in Latin America, making it one of the best options for the Hispanic community in the United States.

In line with its plan to open 50 nonstop routes in 3 years, Avianca announced the launch of 2 new routes and a reactivation that will expand its offer of nonstop flights from the United States to the main cities in Colombia improving tourism and economy in the two countries.
