Averitt earns top recognition in 2025 Mastio Quality Awards

Oct 24, 2025

Averitt is honored to announce that it has once again earned distinguished recognition in the 2025 Mastio Quality Awards. This year, the company earned high marks in the Overall LTL, Inter-Regional LTL, and Most Recommended (Net Promoter) categories, reflecting strong customer perception of quality, value, and service reliability.

These honors come from Mastio & Company’s 21st Edition of its LTL Carrier Study, a rigorous evaluation based on interviews with more than 1,600 customers and assessments across more than 160 freight carriers. The study explores how shippers choose carriers, how they view value and loyalty, and what differentiates excellence in the marketplace. Averitt was among a select group of providers whose scores exceeded industry benchmarks, reflecting the confidence shippers place in its service and reliability.

“These awards are more than titles — they reflect what customers actually think and feel about our service,” said Barry Blakely, president and chief operating officer at Averitt. “We are deeply grateful for the trust placed in us and committed to showing up every day to support our customers with care and consistency.”
