Skinner joins Interstate Cold Storage as Accounts Receivable Manager

Interstate Cold Storage (ICS) announces Ashley Skinner has been hired as accounts receivable manager for its Fort Wayne facilities.

Skinner is responsible for managing accounts receivable operations, including overseeing the collection of past due accounts and supporting the company’s financial processes, says ICS National Sales Manager Charles Betts.

“We’re excited to welcome Ashley to the Interstate Cold Storage team,” Betts says. “Her strong background in both property management and higher education brings a unique perspective to our organization. I’m confident she will play an important role in supporting our continued growth and delivering excellent service to our customers.”

Before joining ICS, Skinner served as assistant property manager at Woodview Manor Apartments from 2022-25. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Ivy Tech Community College as a coordinator of student success.

Skinner holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Indiana Tech, where she studied business administration. As an undergraduate, she also minored in accounting and psychology.
