Allcargo Logistics strengthens Board with two new independent directors

Allcargo Logistics Ltd, India’s largest integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions provider, has announced the appointments of VS Parthasarathy, former Group CFO and CIO of Mahindra & Mahindra, and Martin Mueller, a Swiss national and a former Partner at global consulting giant McKinsey, as independent directors on its Board.

Parthasarathy as CEO for the Mobility business, and in Group CFO and CIO roles, has served the Indian conglomerate in diverse leadership roles for more than two decades. He has over three decades of rich professional experience across varied domains spanning HR, Finance, M&A, IT and global operations. A well-known speaker in the IT and finance domain, Parthasarathy has distinguished himself as a strong advocate of transformation and an astute thought leader.

Müller, a graduate of Switzerland’s University of St. Gallen, specializes in strategic growth of organizations with experience across Europe, APAC and the Middle East, among others. Müller comes with a rich experience in the logistics industry, having advised several leading global logistics corporations over the years.

Mueller and Parthasarathy have also joined the Board of Allcargo’s wholly-owned subsidiary ECU Worldwide, the Belgian multinational that operates the Group’s global operations with presence in over 160 markets. ECU Worldwide is the world’s largest less-than-cargo load (LCL) consolidator.
