Aeronet Worldwide announces opening of Houston station

Jul 08, 2021

As part of a current initiative to grow its presence in the state of Texas, Chairman and CEO Anthony N. Pereira personally opened Aeronet Houston. The 12,500-square foot station will provide domestic and international logistics services for the East Texas area, and will work in conjunction with other Aeronet operations in Dallas (existing) and Austin (new). This new facility is located only four miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), and 26 miles from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). It is led by General Manager Scott Hall. Hall has been in the freight forwarding industry since 2007. During that period, he gained diverse experience in station management, sales, operations, and even spent over 10 years in the less than truckload (LTL) market. The opening of Aeronet Houston, in addition to the concurrent opening of Aeronet Austin, brings the total number of domestic offices to 21. These offices work in combination with 15 strategic international joint ventures, giving the company true global coverage.
