XLP member, successful delivery of 180MT heavy lift by Go Gauge Projects

The Go Gauge Projects team made a successful delivery of a massive 180MT heavy lift and 11m diameter (ODC) package, along with its accessories, from Adani terminal, Mundra, India to the customer site in UAE.

Special thanks to all their supporters, which played a crucial role in facilitating Go Gauge Projects’ operations smoothly.

The scope of work encompassed a series of intricate tasks, including:

- Chartering a heavy lift vessel with a capacity of 250MT x 2 gears

- Coordinating 10 Axel 04-files Hydraulic axle sets for underhook receiving & stooling down with necessary approvals

- Port coordination for necessary approvals, with round-the-clock coordination

- Fixing a robust barge including agency, pilotage & faster berthing arrangement with 24 x 07 coordination due to bad weather condition

- Re-loading using a crawler crane inside Jebel Ali port, with approvals from port authorities

- Tailoring securing solutions onto the barge with the expertise of our engineering team & marine specialists

- Implementing rigorous risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safe delivery of packages to the customer site

Their relentless dedication, meticulous planning, and collaborative efforts ensured the seamless execution of this complex project.
