Women In Trucking Association announces continued Gold partnership with WM

Apr 07, 2025

The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) announced today that WM has continued its Gold Level partnership. The continuation of this partnership stands to further support the association’s mission to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize the obstacles they face.

As a Gold Level partner since 2020, WM has sponsored the Accelerate! Conference & Expo at various levels and actively participates in the association. Domenica Farmer, area vice president, serves on the WIT board of directors.

“WM is pleased to renew our Gold Level membership with Women In Trucking,” said Farmer. “Over the past five years, we continue to find ways to work together to promote women in this specialized industry. I look forward to the coming year and empowering progress together.”

“We’re looking forward to our continued partnership with an innovative industry leader like WM,” said Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, president and CEO of WIT. “Their dedication to fostering an inclusive culture that honors diversity in all its forms positions them as a vital resource to WIT and its mission.”
