Total Distribution, Inc. President and CEO, Sibila inducted into the Ohio Trucking Association Hall of Honor

Total Distribution, Inc. President and CEO, Doug Sibila was inducted into the Ohio Trucking Association’s (OTA) Hall of Honor during its Annual Conference September 13-14, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio. This prestigious award is given to one member each year and this year, Sibila was presented the award by Thomas A. Balzer, CAE, president & CEO of the Ohio Trucking Association.

Doug also spoke as both a multi-generational trucking leader and industry thought leader on the panel, “Path to Leadership: A Conversation with Second and Third Generation Trucking Leaders”.

The 2021 OTA Annual Conference, presented by Pilot Company, was attended by over 160 in-person and virtual participants along with many exhibitors and event sponsors. The conference featured outstanding programming, opportunities to network, and the ability to connect with leading industry suppliers. Several companies and professionals were recognized during the event for their dedication to the industry. Ron Sibila, Doug’s father and the previous TDI president and CEO, was also an Ohio Trucking Association Hall of Honor recipient in 1994. The two continue to work together to this day.
