Time strained project movement in the UK

Oct 08, 2021

Denholm Project Forwarding, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for the United Kingdom, managed the movement of over 45 trailers from Poland to Newport, Wales, carrying power plant equipment.

The contracted work included all customs paperwork and commercial documentation, including the special permits that were required to allow transportation of 20 trailers that were out-of-gauge, within the given four week timeframe.

On their arrival at Newport, the Denholm team, specialised in the freight forwarding of industrial projects, unloaded the trailers too.  By applying their standard principle of meticulous planning, all 45 trailers arrived at their final destination on time, despite on-going transport, trailer and driver shortages and other challenges.
