Thirty-year industry veteran Davila appointed Senior VP US Operations at UTC Overseas

The Executive Management Team at UTC Overseas announced the appointment of Diana Davila as Senior Vice President US Operations. Davila will be responsible for growing and strengthening the operations of all US offices, ensuring the highest standards of performance across all business sectors and departments.

For over 30 years, Davila has been instrumental in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, working with multinational companies and clients providing operational support and account management. She has handled general cargo and large-scale capital projects covering multiple verticals in the US, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Gulf of Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. Her years of experience have given her keen insight into policies and procedures that improve everyday workflow efficiencies, client services, and ultimately customer satisfaction.

A tireless advocate for diversity and inclusion, Davila serves on several boards championing individual growth in the logistics and supply chain industry, including:

  • Founder of Women in Logistics Leadership
  • Steering Committee Member of the ISPM 15 Coalition
  • Member of Forest Pest Advisory Committee for Cary Institute in New York
  • Treasurer of the Industry Advisory Committee of the University of Houston College of Technology

A strong work ethic drives Davila to mentor her staff to become leaders in their respective fields. “Growth and inclusion are driving factors in my everyday plan, and I strive to develop a strong organization by building upon our resources. My goal is to instill the passion I have for my work in my colleagues.”
