The start of something big: MAX Trailer hits the road in North America

Jul 14, 2025

Soon to be assembled in Little Rock, Arkansas, MAX Trailer brings more than just new equipment to the field. The brand delivers modern trailer solutions for the everyday heroes who keep America moving - engineered to perform, built to last, and priced to compete. As part of the Faymonville Group, one of the world’s leading trailer manufacturers, MAX Trailer combines decades of global expertise with a strong local presence. The trailers are built with a clear mission in mind: to offer smart, efficient, and dependable solutions for today’s heavy haul challenges. MAX Trailer is kicking things off with two powerful models: the SteeroX and the HoverX.

SteeroX redefines the single drop trailer

The SteeroX is a completely reimagined approach to the single drop trailer. Its compact and steerable 2+2 axle layout is engineered for high payloads, improved maneuverability, and effortless handling. With a extendable deck, low platform height, and generous axle stroke, it offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of cargo — from industrial machinery and e-houses to transformers and large components. Equipped with a 126" rear swing clearance gooseneck, it’s fully 2-axle Joe Dog capable, making it ideal for operations where agility and precision are key. The SteeroX is built for operators who expect more from every move.

HoverX takes oversized transport to a new level

The HoverX takes things lower — and further. As a 3-axle double drop trailer – possible to extend with a nitro-booster or a 2-axle Joe Dog - it is the ideal solution for transporting oversized loads that would otherwise exceed standard height limits. Its extendable ultra-low main deck profile creates room for taller freight while improving stability on the road. A hydraulic king pin steering system ensures control in tight job sites or on winding routes. With a bolt-on coupling design, the drop deck can be extended quickly and safely with additional inserts when extra length is needed. The fully metallized frame protects against corrosion, ensuring long-term durability even in the toughest conditions.

With these two models, MAX Trailer is setting the tone for what’s to come. More innovations are already in the pipeline, and we’re just getting started. Welcome to MAX Trailer — The Home of Road Heroes. For the ones who drive. For the stories they carry.
