TexAmericas Center announces 2026 Annual Report

TexAmericas Center unveiled its 2026 Aspire – TexAmericas Center Annual Report, highlighting significant growth and achievements over the last year.

• 1,536 jobs created at TexAmericas Center
• 136% employment growth over five years on the property
• $95.2 million reported in 2025 payroll for all companies on TexAmericas Center
• 67% growth of 3PL customers/tenants
• 1.4 million square feet of industrial and commercial space utilized
• 44 companies on the footprint
