TCA hires law firm Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary

Last Tuesday, March 25, 2024, TCA’s President Jim Ward announced at TCA’s annual convention in Nashville that the association has hired the law firm Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary (Scopelitis). Scopelitis will represent TCA in all legal matters that range from advising on TCA daily operations to reviewing and approving contracts and overseeing TCA’s benchmarking program. Scopelitis partners Gregory Feary and Prasad Sharma will be taking the lead in working with TCA.

Jim Ward is excited about bringing on board Scopelitis. “Hiring a reputable law firm like Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary indicates that TCA is prioritizing legal counsel in all aspects of its operations, from overseeing programs to handling contracts.
