Shekou, China adds restrictions for frozen meat and seafood products

If you're shipping reefer cargo into China, please keep in mind that Shekou Container Terminals (SCCT) has implemented the following restrictions with immediate effect: frozen meat and seafood products imports are not allowed at Shekou Port, China. 

This restriction applies to all import shipments and excludes transshipment cargo. With your cargo planning in mind, it is recommended to arrange your bookings to Yantian, China or Hong Kong.
