Sealand launches new surcharges for transfer to IBC and PDE & PDI

In March 15, 2021, Sealand officially launched two new services surcharges: Transfer to Bonded Warehouse Service (IBC) and Proof of Delivery – Export and Import (PDE and PDI).

Transfer to Bonded Warehouse Service (IBC) $150 USD per container: Service covers the administration cost to arrange the transfer of a container to a bonded warehouse. The ac- tual transportation cost from/to terminal to/from the bonded warehouse should be covered via IHE/IHI.

Proof of Delivery–Export and Import (PDE and PDI) $50USD per Bill of Lading: Service provides a receipt for proof of container(s) delivery.
