Savino Del Bene has announced the opening of a new facility in the Netherlands. This location features approximately 2,200 sq. m of advanced warehouse space and 1,362 sq. m of office space, further strengthening Savino Del Bene’s tailored logistics solutions and commitment to the region.
At the inauguration, Executive Vice President Fabio Nocentini highlighted the significance of this strategic move, stating: “The Netherlands will play an important role in our Company’s expansion plans in Europe. This new facility will enable us to serve a highly strategic economic and geographic area while also establishing a hub for freight movement across Northern Europe.”
With seamless access to major markets, customers will benefit from shorter transit times, faster last-mile deliveries, and reduced lead times, ensuring a more efficient supply chain.
“Having our own warehouse (CFS and DC) in the Netherlands offers several advantages to our customers,” added Raymond van den Hoogen, Branch Manager of Savino Del Bene Amsterdam. “This translates into faster, more cost-effective, and reliable logistics solutions. We can provide tailored storage, consolidation, and distribution services as a one-stop shop. This flexibility allows customers to scale their operations without being restricted by rigid third-party contracts, while also benefiting from greater supply chain visibility and transparency.”
The new facility in Hoofddorp is part of the company’s ongoing investment in the European economic zone and strengthens Savino Del Bene’s Global Network. It enhances the company’s capabilities across the Netherlands and the broader region, reaffirming its commitment to providing customized logistics solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.
