RRNNJ’s Sabato completes new 52,606-SF industrial lease in Clifton, NJ

Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) Principal Greg Sabato has completed a new industrial lease totaling 52,606 square feet on behalf of an unnamed tenant at 1155 Bloomfield Ave. in Clifton. The transaction reflects the continued strength of and demand for well-located, functional space that supports diverse business operations.
