Sep 30, 2020

Last week, MSC introduced its latest Sustainability Report. As part of MSC’s commitment to contribute to the sustainable development, they are proud to introduce the MSC Sustainability Insight Series, composed of several episodes highlighting some pressing issues and MSC’s approach to sustainability.

In the first Insight episode, MSC will discuss in a captivating interview with Bud Darr, the Executive Vice President, Maritime Government and Policy Affaires of MSC Group, how the roadmap to decarbonizing shipping might look like and how a massive investment in R&D efforts must be mobilized to overcome the lack of available solution at scale. In addition, MSC will explore its vision to reach this ambitious goal.

When it comes to decarbonization, MSC have no time to lose. As a global market leader, MSC must remain committed to investing in its fleet, alternative technologies and operational performance to ensure shipping transitions into a truly sustainable industry.
