Ridgefield Partners has announced that its client RAZR Logistics ("RAZR"), a subsidiary of Johnson Storage & Moving and leading provider of 3PL and 4PL warehousing services, has been acquired by Best Warehousing & Transportation ("BWT"), a portfolio company of Bluejay Capital Partners and Argosy Private Equity.
RAZR, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, was founded in 2018 by Don Hindman and Mike Griffin and has delivered rapid growth in dedicated third-party logistics and contract warehousing across the U.S. and international markets. BWT, headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia, is a portfolio company of Bluejay Capital that operates 10 dedicated 3PL warehouses in addition to dozens of contract warehouse locations. The combined entity will operate 16 dedicated warehouses and over 50 contract locations around the world.
