REMPREX, LLC Acquires Technical Services International

REMPREX, LLC of Lisle, Illinois, announced its purchase of Technical Services International (TSI) including the associated Hubert Line and Hubert Rail companies from Lanco International (parent company of Mi-Jack Products). Remy Diebes, President & CEO of REMPREX said “We are looking forward to building on the foundation of this great business as we continue to expand our suite of services in the rail & port facility space. We are excited at the unlimited growth opportunities we see ahead of us.”

REMPREX specializes in technology-enabled facility operations for the transportation industry, including intermodal lift and automotive operations, engineering, equipment management, IT services, and remote operations. With this acquisition, REMPREX will become the leading intermodal lift equipment maintenance and service provider in the U.S. Class 1 railway sector. Mi-Jack Products will continue to concentrate on building its world-class manufacturing portfolio with expanded product lines in the rail, port, and industrial markets.
