REMPREX, LLC Acquires Technical Services International

REMPREX, LLC of Lisle, Illinois, announced its purchase of Technical Services International (TSI) including the associated Hubert Line and Hubert Rail companies from Lanco International (parent company of Mi-Jack Products). With this acquisition, REMPREX will become the leading intermodal lift equipment maintenance and service provider in the U.S. Class 1 railway sector. Mi-Jack Products will continue to concentrate on building its world-class manufacturing portfolio with expanded product lines in the rail, port, and industrial markets.
