Realterm acquires fully leased industrial outdoor storage portfolio in Scranton, Pennsylvania

Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, announced today the acquisition of two industrial properties in Scranton's Stauffer Industrial Park in Northeast Pennsylvania. The 102,220-square-foot property is fully leased to ID Logistics.

The first property, 26 Stauffer Industrial Park, sits on 23.7 acres and includes a 61,922-square-foot terminal warehouse, 4,298 square feet of office, 84 dock doors and two access points. Located one mile away, 3 Stauffer Industrial Park spans 19.3 acres and features a 20,543-square-foot maintenance facility, 15,457 square feet of office space and three access points.
