PSC acquires Grace Trailer Service

PSC, the nation’s largest network of commercial parts and repair facilities for the tank trailer and tank truck industry, has announced its acquisition of Grace Trailer Service, a leading tank trailer service and repair business with three locations in the mid-south. 

"Grace is a true market leader in its geographic space," said PSC President Jerry Cignarella. "This acquisition is a perfect strategic fit for PSC's focus on expanding its capacity into new markets. We look forward to fully integrating these sites and adding immediate value for our customers." 

Founded in West Memphis, AR, in 1999 by the Fox family, Grace Trailer Service has grown to include three locations: Memphis, TN; West Memphis, AR; and Little Rock, AR. All Grace sites are full-service parts and service centers. Its West Memphis facility is a multi-line new trailer dealer with five tank-washing bays.

The acquisition brings PSC's total number of service centers to 38 and tank-cleaning locations to six, further expanding its growing network of facilities for the tank industry.
