Port of South Louisiana celebrates wind energy at expansion at Avondale Global Gateway

Port of South Louisiana CEO Paul Matthews made the below statement after Gulf Wind Technology announced its partnership with Shell to establish a research, training, and technology demonstration program at Avondale Global Gateway. Port of South Louisiana is currently seeking to acquire and further develop Avondale Global Gateway.
