Port of South Louisiana and Dow Chemical ribbon cutting ceremony

After a little over a year from the start of construction, representatives from the Port of South Louisiana and Dow Chemical held a ribbon-cutting and official operations kick-off of the SoLaPort Railyard.

The ribbon-cutting led by Dow Chemical’s Jackie Yaworski (center-left) and Port of South Louisiana’s Paul Aucoin (center-right), joined by members of Dow’s team; representatives from Barriere Construction and AECOM; state and regional officials; and Port of South Louisiana commissioners and staff
