Port of Halifax prepares for largest containerized cargo vessel yet

The CMA CGM Marco Polo is currently due to arrive Monday afternoon, May 17, 2021 at PSA Halifax. With carrying capacity of 16,022 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units) and 396 metres length overall, this will be the largest container vessel to call on a Canadian Port and the first call for a vessel of this size along the East Coast of North America.
