Port Freeport welcomed the inaugural U.S. call of the M/V Chiquita Horizon on September 19, 2025, at the Velasco Container Terminal. The new vessel, built with biofuel-ready engines and advanced refrigeration systems, carries refrigerated containers for Chiquita Fresh N.A.
