Polar King, a leading provider of refrigerated and freezer trailers, proudly announces Jayhawk Trailers has been named the company’s Dealer of the Year.
The Dealer of the Year award honors a dealer that demonstrates outstanding commitment to customer service, communication, and overall partnership excellence, according to Danny Gaviria, national sales representative of Polar King’s trailer division.
“Jayhawk Trailers consistently raises the bar when it comes to service and professionalism,” Gaviria says. “Their team goes above and beyond to ensure customers are well-informed, well-equipped, and well taken care of. We’re incredibly grateful for their dedication, and this award is a well-deserved recognition of the pivotal role they’ve played in our continued growth.”

Founded in 1992, Jayhawk Trailers has become a cornerstone of Colorado’s trailer sales and rental industry, serving a wide range of commercial and industrial customers across the Rocky Mountain region. The Commerce City-based dealership’s product offerings include a wide variety of trailers, as well as service and repair to the Greater Denver area.
“Our team at Jayhawk Trailers has been honored to partner with Polar King this past year,” says Alisha Gillespie, Jayhawk Trailers general manager. “Adding their product to our trailer lineup has brought growth to our business and allowed us to offer something new to our customers! It has been a joy to work with their team! We look forward to a continued partnership with them!”
Based in Fort Wayne, Ind., Polar King’s trailer division manufactures small, affordable refrigerated and freezer trailers designed specifically for outdoor and over-the-road use. These durable cold storage solutions feature a seamless fiberglass construction, run on a standard 110V (15 AMP) power source, and are ideal for foodservice, catering, agriculture, hunting, baking, and many other temperature-sensitive applications.
Recently, Polar King launched its all-new Avalanche Series, which features the first refrigerated trailers on the market to offer a ground-level loading system. The drop deck feature improves safety by lowering the deck to the ground, facilitating easier and safer loading and unloading.
