"I'm naming Yuriy our COO because it's a role he has largely played for the past few years anyway," said Jim Berlin, Founder and CEO of Logistics Plus. "It makes it easier for anyone involved in any of our widely varied operations worldwide to know who to go to for direction on any of our many, many projects. If it's part of LP's operations, Yuriy will be the guy. It's a well-deserved new title and a clear recognition of the key role he is playing, and has been playing, in our global growth in yet another record year."

Yuriy joined Logistics Plus in 2005. He earned his B.A. in International Business and Marketing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and, subsequently, a master's degree of International Economics from the Kyiv National Economic University. In his time at Logistics Plus, Yuriy has played a key role in closing complex acquisitions, negotiating terms, financial conditions, and third-party financing. He has a consistent track record of delivering positive results to complex customers and business units by identifying and resolving complex issues that reduce cost, uncover waste, and drive profitability and effectiveness.

Berlin added, "Please join me in congratulating Yuriy as we look forward to his - and LP's - continued evolution and leadership. Very cool!"
