ANA awarded 2024 APEX World Class Airline

  • For the first time, ANA has been awarded the APEX World Class rating, the organization's highest honor.
  • ANA is one of the only 10 airlines globally to earn the prestigious World Class designation.

All Nippon Airways (ANA), achieved its first 2024 APEX World Class award. This prestigious award, presented by North America-based APEX, one of the world's largest airline industry associations, recognizes airlines excelling in safety, service, sustainability and health control initiatives through a comprehensive audit. This year, only 10 airlines worldwide earned this distinction.

APEX World Class status is determined by expert onboard audits, customer evaluations, recognizing the world's highest quality airlines in safety, security, well-being, sustainability and service quality. ANA earned high marks for its safe and clean in-flight environment, contributions towards understanding a sustainable society and high-quality customer service.
