OOCL launches Transpacific Latin Pacific 8 (TLP8) to strength express linkage between Asia and Mexico

To enhance network coverage in the emerging markets, OOCL will to launch a new service Transpacific Latin Pacific 8 (TLP8) in its Asia – Latin America network to strengthen the comprehensive port coverage in the regions. In addition to OOCL's existing loops TLP1 / 2 / 5 / 6, the new service will offer direct connections between China and Mexico, with a competitive transit time of 16 and 20 days from Qingdao to Ensenada and Manzanillo respectively.

Port rotation for TLP8: Shanghai – Qingdao – Ensenada – Manzanillo – Ensenada – Yo kohama – Shanghai

The new service will commence from Shanghai ETA 20/ August / 2025.
