NT Logistics expands logistics services for flatbed and step deck loads with Navigator Direct, Inc. acquisition

NT Logistics, Inc., a transportation management and logistics service company, announces it has acquired certain assets of Navigator Direct, Inc., a freight logistics service company based in Billings, Montana. Terms of the asset sale transaction were not disclosed.

Founded by Bob MacGrady in 2001, Navigator Direct specializes in freight necessitating flatbeds and step decks to serve shippers and carriers in the continental US, Alaska, and Canada. The company manages movement of a wide range of commodities including light heavy haul, van, dry bulk pneumatic, and over-dimensional loads. As part of the agreement, MacGrady will continue to work with NT Logistics.
