North Carolina Ports Hurricane Isaias Notice

North Carolina Ports is closely monitoring Hurricane Isaias. The Port of Wilmington and the Port of Morehead City anticipate moving to Port Condition X-Ray at 2000 Saturday, August 1.

NC Ports has activated its Hurricane Preparation Plan and is taking all necessary steps to protect cargo, facilities and equipment. At this time, the Ports of Wilmington and Morehead continue to operate under a normal operating status.

A decision about port operations for Monday, August 3 will be issued over the weekend based on the latest weather forecast.
