NEXT Trucking celebrates truck drivers during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week

To celebrate National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (September 13-19, 2020), NEXT Trucking, a FreightTech pioneer that connects shippers and carriers, has announced new incentives for truck drivers including a new $500 bonus incentive.

New drayage carriers who sign up with NEXT Trucking are eligible to receive a $500 incentive.

The incentive is paid out in two phases:

  • $100 upon signing up and completing the first load; and
  • An additional $400 upon completing 10 total loads within 21 days of being approved.

“During the pandemic, truck drivers have kept our supply chain and economy moving by delivering essential goods and we are pleased to offer them additional incentives,” said Lidia Yan, CEO and Co-Founder of NEXT Trucking. “It is important for the industry to collectively show appreciation for the extraordinary hard work and efforts of truck drivers and their overall commitment to making deliveries safely across the country every day.”

Additionally, to show further gratitude to truck drivers, NEXT Trucking will offer free truck washes, reusable masks and hand sanitizer packages to drivers every day this week at Harbor Truck Stop in Long Beach, Calif.

Based on the new partnership with Harbor Truck Stop, every NEXT carrier will receive a discount of 35 cents per gallon of fuel at Harbor Truck Stop. To receive the discount NEXT carriers simply have to show the NEXT mobile app once at Harbor Truck Stop. Located at 2130 W Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90810, Harbor Truck Stop is a family run local business, serving thousands of trucks throughout the Long Beach and Los Angeles Harbor.
