NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has announced that Chris Galiano, managing director/principal, has been recognized by NAI Global as a top producer. The award honors brokerage professionals who have achieved the highest volume of business across all of NAI’s 325 offices throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.
“Our entire team at NAIDB congratulates Chris on his consistent and outstanding performance that has resulted – once again – in being named among NAI’s most-accomplished individuals worldwide,” said David Simon, NAIDB chief operating officer. “Chris is known for the strong relationships that he has developed and market knowledge that he has acquired over several decades. His ability to craft transactions based upon the needs of the companies he represents is exceptional.”
The Woodbridge-based firm recently also held its Annual Broker Awards presentation. Galiano was at the forefront for leasing and sales activity in 2023, while Kyle Gerace and Marc Shein rounded out the firm’s top-three producer rankings, based on the highest volume of completed and closed transactions.
“Collectively and individually, Chris, Kyle and Marc bring a unique perspective to every assignment,” said Simon. “They are all valued members of our team and we appreciate their hard work and dedication.”
Active across a seven-county region in New Jersey, NAIDB maintains a focus on specific property sectors including industrial, office, retail, multifamily and land. While concentrating on these markets, the firm’s brokerage professionals provide expertise to a diverse roster of clients, ranging from private businesses to institutional entities. As a result of its effective business strategy, NAIDB is able to pivot based on economic trends, allowing its team members to collaborate internally and meet the needs of its clients in any given cycle.
