Apr 07, 2023

IMPORT DELIVERY BL FEE
SCOPE: USA TO BRAZIL
Effective May 6th, 2023
Please be informed that as of May 06th, 2023, MSC will apply the Delivery BL Fee (DBF / T39) following the scope below: BL Fee – DBF / T39

Value: BRL 200 per BL

Fee application period: indefinitely.

Scope: DBF is intended to cover the services originating from the necessary procedures for the Bill of Lading (B/L) delivery in Brazil, regarding the maritime transport of the cargo, coming from a foreign port.

Debtor code: Prepaid, Collect, or Elsewhere

It is important to enhance that the fee described above derives from the exclusive convenience of the customer – whether commercial or operational – being an optional service, in which the delivery of the original Bill of Lading (B/L) at the port of loading (POL) will always be guaranteed, without generating other costs, aside from those already known and shared in the moment of the booking.

Please contact our local customer service representative for any further information in this regard.
