MSC USA – demurrage, detention and per diem charges

MSC has announced the following change implementation, effective March 27th, 2023.

Change in the billable days policy.

MSC will not assess demurrage, detention or per diem charges for any day in which a terminal is closed due to holidays, weekends, or other port closure events.
