MSC to implement new surcharges EBS & DOF scope: USA & Puerto Rico to Maldives
Dec 31, 2020Effective February 1st, 2021, MSC will implement in accordance with the Ministry of Maldives, the below surcharges will be implemented and manifested for all shipments discharged in POD Male, effective February 1st, 2021.
This Regulation and all provisions will be enforced by the Maldives Transport Authority.
Below mentioned charges are mandatorily required to manifest along with the Freight and on Prepaid basis.
1. SERC to be manifested as EBS – USD 50 PER TEU prepaid
2. LINER FEE to be manifested as DOF – USD 45 PER TEU prepaid
