MSC scope: US & Puerto Rico to Egypt and Turkey

Effective March 14^th, 2022, MSC will implement a general rate increase (GRI) will apply for all DRY & REEFER cargo from USA & Puerto Rico to Egypt and Turkey.

USD 150 per TEU applicable to all equipment type (DRY & REEFER)
