Following MSC's May announcement regarding collect cargoes to Argentina, please note that while O/F and origin-related charges are no longer accepted as collect, in view of the new regulations of the Central Bank of Argentina, however DTHC & DRPT can still be manifested as prepaid/collect or elsewhere.
