MSC revised export detention conditions scope: Mexico to US and Puerto Rico

MSC current conditions of free time for export containers in Mexico, and the applicable rates for thereafter.

Effective, November 1st,2022, these conditions will also apply to the ports of: Mazatlán, Ensenada, Progreso and Guaymas.

Rates in US dollars per day.

  • Free-time and charge days are calendar days, including holidays.
  • Cancelations do not enjoy free-time.
  • Days due to vessel omissions or heavy vessel delay are excluded from calculation
  • These are standard conditions, special conditions set in contract will prevail.
