MSC OVW - scope: Import Indian Sub-continent/Middle East to USA

From October 10^th, 2022, MSC will reduce the Overweight Surcharge (OVW) for all cargo loaded ex IPAK (India / Pakistan / Maldives / Bangladesh / Sri Lanka) & ex Middle East (ex. Saudi Arabia (only Dammam & Jubail), Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates,) and the OVW rates are applicable as follows:

TO USA EAST COAST / USA WEST COAST / SAN JUAN

• USD 300 x 20’ if cargo gross weight exceed 18MT

Note that OVW is also applicable for SOC & SOT.
